Going through the hiring process or switching career paths can often be quite challenging.  We hope to make the hiring process as painless as possible as we welcome you into the RFC family.  We truly feel that the offices of RFC operate as large family environments which allow for meaningful relationships between staff and management.  The relationships that are developed while working with RFC allow for everyone to grow and develop both personally and professionally.  In addition to the invaluable experience you will gain working with RFC, we offer employees the following benefits:

Health Insurance:

RFC provides staff with several options for Health Savings Account (HSA) health insurance plans.  The firm pays the employee premium and contributes to the employee’s HSA account.

Dental Insurance:

RFC provides staff with access to several options for dental insurance plans.

Life Insurance:

After six months with RFC, staff is provided term life insurance.

Retirement (401K):

After one year of employment with RFC, employees are eligible to participate in the Company’s 401k plan.  Annually, members of the Company meet to determine the profit-sharing distribution that will be made for all eligible employees.  When made, this is based on a percentage of the employee’s salary.  Employees can invest these funds to their preference in a Company provided brokerage account.

Paid Time Off (PTO):

Employees receive paid time off annually in amounts that vary based on seniority with RFC.

Gym Reimbursement:

Employees are encouraged to participate in fitness activities and can be reimbursed for gym memberships.

Professional Development:

Employees are provided continuing professional education to expand on and stay current in their areas of expertise, including updates to accounting changes and standards.  Staff also receives membership due reimbursements for select approved professional and civic organizations.

Social Events:

Periodically, the offices hold social gatherings for staff and management to attend.  Recently, these events have included minor league baseball games, bowling outings, golf tournaments, cookouts, and cornhole tournaments.
