ABOUT ME
Managing Director of Robinson, Farmer, Cox Associates, Matthew is a Certified Public Accountant licensed to practice in Virginia and a Certified Fraud Examiner. Matthew started his career participating in financial statement audits and preparation of income tax returns. Presently, his practice includes extensive income tax preparation and consultation for individuals, trusts and a variety of business entities. Matthew’s vast experience in assurance services includes managing audits for clients in the government, not-for-profit and corporate sector. Matthew received his Bachelor of Science in Business (Accounting) from Virginia Tech. Matthew has served the community in a variety of roles, including past and present board member of numerous nonprofit organizations including the Albemarle County Police Foundation and the Madison County Education Foundation.
