ABOUT ME
Managing Director of the Staunton office, James Kelly received his Bachelor of Science in Accounting degree from Virginia Tech and his Master of Business Administration degree from James Madison University. James has significant experience in auditing Local Governments, Towns, School Divisions, and Non-Profit Organizations. He has extensive knowledge and experience in performing HUD compliance and financial audits for real estate entities. James also has considerable experience and has assisted numerous clients with their tax planning and tax preparation needs, with his specialization being partnership, corporate, individual and non-profit tax returns.
