Irvin J. Farmer, Jr., CPA
A Member of Robinson, Farmer, Cox Associates, Jack Farmer received his Bachelor of Science from Virginia Commonwealth University. Jack has participated in and managed the audits of numerous counties, cities, towns and public authorities within the Commonwealth of Virginia. He has acted as consultant, advisor and auditor and has improved the effectiveness and efficiency of his clients. His recommendations on budgetary management, cost containment and fiscal responsibility have helped his clients better understand and manage their resources.
Robert M. Huff, CPA
Managing Director of the Firm, Robert Huff received his Bachelor of Arts from Madison College and his Masters of Science in Accounting from the University of Virginia. In his 20-year career with RFC, Robert has served both large and small clients in a wide variety of industries. His focus has primarily been on governmental audits and financial consulting, advising his clients on the business and tax issues that local governments face. He has provided his clients with a wide range of services including financial systems and internal control evaluations, as well as mainline audit and management services. He currently directs the Firm's Bright technology services. Robert has considerable experience in governmental accounting, having performed the audits of numerous counties and related agencies throughout the Commonwealth of Virginia.
David L. Hughes, CPA
A Member of Robinson, Farmer, Cox Associates, David Hughes received his Bachelor of Science in Commerce from the University of Virginia. David has assisted and managed the audits of many counties, cities, towns, school divisions, public authorities, regional libraries, voluntary health and welfare organizations and nonprofit organizations. He has also performed special audits of various federal grant projects. In addition, David has performed consulting services in the following areas: development of policy and procedure manuals for various accounting functions; verifications of amounts reported for purposes of local taxation; and development of the general fixed asset groups.
Randolph W. Jones, Jr., CPA
A Member of Robinson, Farmer, Cox Associates, Randy Jones, received his Bachelor of Science from Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University. Randy has managed and participated in numerous audits of local governmental entities, public authorities and community services boards throughout the Commonwealth of Virginia. Additionally, Randy has managed and participated in audits of various commercial organizations such as banks, real estate developments, fast-food operations, contractors, voluntary health and welfare organizations and other nonprofit organizations.
Randy is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, Virginia Society of Certified Public Accountants, and Association of Governmental Accountants. He has served on the Governmental Accounting and Audit and Nonprofit committees of the Virginia Society of Certified Public Accountants.
Thomas P. Smith, CPA
A Member of Robinson, Farmer, Cox Associates, Tom Smith received his Bachelor of Business Administration from the College of William and Mary and his Master of Business Administration from Virginia Commonwealth University. Tom has participated in and managed the audits of counties, towns, cities and public authorities within the Commonwealth of Virginia. He has managed and participated in numerous audits of voluntary health and welfare organizations and other nonprofit organizations. In addition, he has developed and installed central accounting and purchasing systems for Virginia localities.

Deanna L. Cox, CPA
A Member of Robinson, Farmer, Cox Associates, Deanna L. Cox received her Bachelor of Arts from Randolph-Macon Woman's College. Deanna has been with the Firm since 1987 during which time she has managed over ninety governmental and non-profit audits including audits of counties, cities, towns, school divisions, numerous water and sewer authorities, industrial development authorities, regional libraries, volunteer fire departments and rescue squads, school activity funds, general district courts, as well as special audits of various federal grant projects. She has also prepared cost allocation plans for over twenty counties to recover indirect costs incurred in administering federal grants and contracts and has assisted in a variety of consulting services.
Corbin C. Stone, CPA
Managing Director of the Christiansburg Office, Corbin Stone received a Bachelor of Science in Management, a Bachelor of Science in Accounting, and a Masters of Business Administration from Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University. Corbin has prepared comprehensive annual financial reports and audited financial statements for numerous engagements. In addition he has prepared numerous state and federal tax and information returns for clients. Corbin has also provided clients with consulting services including financial forecasting/budgeting, impact studies related to annexations and boundary adjustments of localities, cost allocation plans, personnel pay rate studies, conversion to new accounting software, and investment related decisions.

Steven J. Jacobs
Managing Director of the Richmond office and Director of Consulting Services, Steve Jacobs received his Bachelor of City Planning from the University of Virginia and his Master of Business Administration from Virginia Commonwealth University. Steve has participated in and managed numerous management consulting engagements for Virginia localities. Issues addressed by several of these assignments have included capital budgeting, financial forecasting, management systems, cost allocation plans, and personnel studies. He has been project manager for preparation of comprehensive personnel management systems and capital improvement programs.
Paul Lee, CPA
A Member of Robinson, Farmer, Cox Associates, Paul H. Lee received his Bachelor of Science from the University of Virginia and did his Post Baccalaureate Accounting Studies through the Virginia Community College System. Paul has participated in and managed numerous audits of counties, cities, towns and public authorities within the Commonwealth of Virginia. He has also participated in and managed audits of a number of not-for-profit corporations. While Paul has specialized in governmental and not-for-profit audit services, he also has prepared cost allocation plans, assisted in preparation of financial forecasts and budgets, assisted in evaluations of accounting systems and assisted with the Firm's Bright technology services.

Managing Director of the Verona office, James Kelly received his Bachelor of Science degree from Virginia Tech and his Master of Business Administration degree from James Madison University.
